At this time Alison Winters is unable to take on new behaviour clients. However, if you are experiencing behaviour problems with your dog, Alison and Pet Potential recommend animal behaviourist Victoria Kingsman.
Victoria is a qualified animal trainer and behaviourist based both in Lincolnshire and Oxfordshire. She has an MSc in Clinical Animal Behaviour from the University of Lincoln and is a full member of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers. She uses scientific and welfare-friendly methods tailored to the individual needs of her clients.
Victoria specialises in a variety of behaviour issues such as:
- Separation anxiety
- Noise fears
- Aggression towards people
- Aggression towards other dogs or other animals
- Compulsive or stereotypic behaviour
- Inappropriate toileting
Enquiries are welcome from outside of Lincolnshire or Oxfordshire but may incur an additional charge for travel which will be quoted before booking.
All behaviour consultations require a veterinary referral to ensure any behaviour problems are not due to a medical condition. You can contact your vets with the referral form, or Victoria can contact your vets directly with your permission.
- An initial consultation (2 to 3 hours)
- Full diagnostic report and behaviour modification plan
- 3 months of follow-up support by email, phone or skype
Please contact Victoria directly:
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Tel: 07523 238846
Please bear in mind that there are no ‘quick fixes’ for behaviour issues. You will be required to commit to the treatment plan as advised by Victoria and you will be encouraged to make use of follow-up support services.
