Make a Booking
Welcome! Making a booking is so easy. Just get your credit or debit card ready and select from the list of classes and services below. You’ll be asked to complete a few details about you and your pet first, but it’s all very quick and easy. Once you’ve paid, you’ll immediately be emailed a booking confirmation – and that’s it!
If you do encounter any problems, don’t worry, just contact firstname.lastname@example.org or if a course is full, or a date for private training is not available, the date will be greyed out. Just email email@example.com and we’ll try and accommodate the best we can.
Note: If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer or cash you will need to contact Pet Potential first.
Serious stuff: A booking cannot be guaranteed or confirmed until full payment has been received (or non-refundable deposit paid). Until a deposit or full payment is received, all bookings are considered provisional and we reserve the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not received at least 5 days before the scheduled date. Please note that when you make a booking, you are accepting the Booking and Cancellation Policy detailed at the bottom of this page.
Booking policy and Cancellations
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is payable to reserve a place on most of our courses and for Behaviour Consultations. Until a deposit or full payment is received, all bookings are considered provisional and we reserve the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not received at least 5 days before the scheduled date.
Balance of Fees: The balance of payment is due no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled date. If full payment is not received at this time, Pet Potential reserve the right to cancel your booking. If you anticipate a delay in making your final payment, please contact Alison on 07521 286304. Bookings made within 5 days of scheduled start date require full balance to be paid to confirm the booking.
Cancellations: If it becomes necessary to cancel your booking, please inform Pet Potential by phone as soon as possible. Cancellation is effective from the date your call is received and acknowledged via email. Any deposit paid is automatically forfeit if the booking is cancelled by the client for any reason. Cancellations more than 5 days prior to course start date will result in a refund of monies paid less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations less than 5 days prior to start date, whether deliberately or by default, the balance of fees must still be paid in full, a condition which is accepted when the booking is confirmed. Cancellations at any time after booking will result in no refund unless we are able to fill your place.
In the event of Pet Potential having to cancel a booking all monies including a deposit will be refunded. In the rare event that Pet Potential has to cancel a course due to insufficient numbers we will endeavour to advise clients with as much notice as possible. In such circumstances, clients will be offered to transfer to another course or any monies paid held as credit (for up to 12 months from original start date) or a full refund will be issued.
Change of instructor: Pet Potential reserves the right to appoint an alternative appropriate training instructor for any workshop, event or course should Alison, or the advertised training instructor be unable to attend, and will not issue refunds or amendments to confirmed participants. We will ensure all participants are informed of any change at the time of event or course.
